In this paper, the author focuses on the central role of digital tools and the impact of artificial intelligence on business processes. It is emphasized that digital transformation has gone beyond conventional technological trends and has become a prerequisite for the sustainability and competitiveness of companies in the modern economy. The article analyzes the economic importance of digital transformation, as well as the risks associated with it, in particular, cyber threats, difficulties arising from the implementation of innovative technologies. In conclusion, the article offers a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation in the business environment, highlighting both the opportunities and benefits, as well as the potential risks and challenges that organizations face in the process of adapting to new technologies.
