the problem of the application of audio-video logging in the criminal proceedings of the Russian Federation Abstract: the study examines the concept of audio video logging, its use in criminal proceedings in the Russian Federation, and the problems of its application. The author provides practical examples of the controversial use and evaluation of audio-video logging as acceptable and relative evidence. The author proposes amendments to the legislative acts of the Russian Federation.
