HYPERAUTOMATIZATION AND ITS IMPACT ON BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

The article explores the transformative potential of hyperautomation as a comprehensive technological paradigm within the context of business process reengineering in the construction industry. It examines methodological aspects of implementing cognitive technologies, integrating robotic process automation (RPA) systems, artificial intelligence (AI), digital twins, and intelligent data analytics platforms. Particular attention is given to institutional barriers, organizational transformations, and changes in the architecture of operational models during the transition to digital construction. Approaches to creating an adaptive environment for managing construction projects using hyperautomation tools are proposed.
