MODERN ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The digital transformation of enterprises is an important part of the global trend of introducing innovative technologies to increase efficiency and competitiveness through the use of digital technologies. The article discusses the concept of digital transformation, modern technologies and tools of digital transformation in enterprise management: the Internet of things, big data and analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, automation and robotics, digital twins, cloud technologies. The advantages and benefits of using modern digital technologies in enterprise management have been identified: increased productivity, reduced costs, improved product quality, increased flexibility and adaptability, increased decision-making efficiency, increased safety, environmental sustainability, increased competitiveness, improved customer interaction, the ability to innovate and develop new business models. The features of the use of digital technologies in the management of Russian enterprises are identified and systematized. These included: active government support, digitalization in conditions of an underdeveloped digital infrastructure, import substitution, digitalization in conditions of a shortage of qualified specialists, integration with outdated management systems, a high level of cybercrime, a variety of economic sectors requiring specialized digital solutions, cultural and organizational resistance to change.
