In modern conditions, the Russian economy is facing a set of challenges that have a significant impact on the development of the tourism industry. Despite the sanctions pressure, logistical constraints and structural changes, the tourism sector demonstrates adaptability and potential for growth. However, for sustainable development, it is necessary to overcome key economic barriers, including infrastructural constraints, dependence on imports, a decrease in the international tourist flow and the need to increase the competitiveness of domestic tourism services.
