Methods and models for analyzing the quality of information processes and information resources in the implementation of 3D printing technology in industry

Modern information technologies are use in almost all areas of human professional activity. The key direction of the development of modern digital technology tools is industry, in particular, the use of 3D printing technology. Effective and high-quality operation of this technology requires the integration of appropriate information systems and software. One of the main issues in this area is the assessment of the quality of the functioning of the information system. The main purpose of this article is to study and systematize the key factors for assessing the quality of the functioning of an information system. The author applies theoretical research methods, as well as uses scientific results of domestic and foreign authorship.
