The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of transport and logistics systems using system analysis approaches. The principles of the functioning of the system as a whole, as well as the interaction between its various elements, are considered. Using modeling and optimization methods, various scenarios of system management are investigated, the effectiveness and risks of various management approaches are assessed. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of external factors, such as changes in economic conditions or transport infrastructure, on the operation of the transport and logistics system. The results of the study can be used to develop strategies for optimal management of transport and logistics systems, taking into account the complexity of the interaction between its elements and external factors. However, it is noted that the system analysis cannot take into account all factors, which may lead to limited research results and the need to refine models depending on the specific conditions of the system functioning.
