MODULE «CHECKING MENU FOR ALLERGENS» FOR ANALYSIS AND SELECTION OF MENU TO CHILDREN WITH FOOD ALLERGIES

The actual problem of our time is the growing number of children with food allergies, which leads to the need for technical organization of the development and checking menu for children with special nutritional needs. The article discusses a new method of analyzing the menu for compliance to children with food allergies in preschool and school educational institutions, embedded in the software "Nutrition and health Monitoring". The article contains a discussion of the results and conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of this method of analysis. It is recommended to further improve the module "Checking the menu for allergens" based on the "dose-effect" relationship, identifying the minimum and absolutely-ineffective dose of allergen in the finished dish.
