The article discusses modern approaches to improving automated information management systems of organizations using artificial intelligence technologies, neuroinformatics and hybrid expert systems. The importance of implementing intelligent components, such as knowledge processing systems, artificial neural networks, and combined technologies, is emphasized to solve complex management tasks, including assessing the state of an organization, predicting results, identifying patterns, and extracting knowledge from data. Special attention is paid to the role of neural network technologies in modeling, analyzing and predicting time series, as well as their application to support decision-making in conditions of uncertainty, risk and a dynamically changing environment.
