Features of interrelation of coping strategies and psychological protections of teachers

The article presents a study of the relationship between coping strategies and psychological defenses of teachers. The data obtained during the empirical study showed that productive coping strategies of teachers are negatively associated with signs of emotional distress and expressed protective behavior, and, on the other hand, unproductive coping strategies are associated with these signs productively. The nature of coping strategies of teachers does not depend on experience, while specialization on the contrary determines the main coping strategies.
