The relationship of resilience with the value orientations of the individual

Currently, the troops are equipped with a contingent with special independence and independence, as well as awareness of their rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and ratified by international agreements. In this regard, the importance of the collective and its influence on the development of military personnel as one of the components of the successful fulfillment of the tasks facing the troops increases. Military personnel within the framework of traditional mechanisms become indifferent to innovations, professionally passive, the threat of psychological confrontation and conflict problems increases. The article analyzes the concepts of "resilience" and "value orientations of personality". The interdependence of these concepts is considered. A number of aspects of the resilience and value orientations of the personality of cadets of military universities are revealed. The conclusion is formulated that the resilience of cadets and their value orientations intersect in the field of educational and professional activity.
