PROJECT MANAGEMENT AS A TOOL FOR IMPLEMENTING THE COMPANY'S STRATEGY

Project management plays an important role in the implementation of the company's strategy, providing a structured approach to achieving strategic goals. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of project management as a tool for implementing the company's strategy. This article presents the definition of a project in its general sense, as well as the general features of the project. Various approaches to the definition of project management are also considered, including the strategic approach, which defines project management as a tool for implementing the company's strategy, linking project goals with the long-term goals of the organization and ensuring the consistency of projects with common strategic priorities. The article also presents a classification of project management according to different criteria, depending on some aspects and characteristics of the projects. It is noted that project management, as a tool for strategy implementation, inevitably faces many potential risks, which are classified according to various criteria in the article. Based on the results of the study, the stages of project risk management in the process of implementing the company's strategy are proposed: the stage of risk identification, the stage of risk assessment, the stage of developing risk management strategies, the stage of monitoring and control. Effective risk management in the above steps will help minimize negative impacts on the project and increase the likelihood of its successful completion.
