This paper discusses a methodological approach to constructing a lecture in the form of a lecture research conducted by a teacher together with students as part of the implementation of practice-oriented learning on the example of lectures on the physics of semiconductor injection lasers, the content of which is based on the Nobel Lecture on Physics by J.I. Alferova (2000).
