The article mainly examines the economic and contractual activities of patrimonial owners. Numerous documents help to reveal some aspects of the socio-economic life of Tatar villages, identify the anthroponymic origin of the names of some of them, and judge the composition of the population. However, the sources do not allow us to fully present not only the quantitative composition of the villages, nor the class structure of the population in them.
