STRUCTURAL-SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF CINEMATIC VOCABULARY

This article is devoted to the structural-semantic analysis of German cinematic vocabulary. This layer of vocabulary is a dynamic phenomenon that requires a comprehensive study. The composition of lexical units associated with the cinematic vocabulary can repeatedly change and be replenished, since the language is not static, but dynamic. The relevance of the research is due to the continuous processes of technology development, the emergence and spread of new equipment and concepts. All this requires the formation of new terms and the study of language nomination methods is of great importance. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time an analysis of cinematic terms was carried out in terms of their semantics and structure. The purpose of the analysis is to describe these units as a means of expanding the ways of nomination in the German language to meet the needs that arise in the film-making industry. The article examines the formation of the terms from the point of view of the structure of a word and the semantics of its morphemes. As the result of the research, the basic principles of the formation of new cinematic lexical units are identified and described, as well as examples of their use are provided.
