FORMATION OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY

This article examines corporate culture, which is of great importance for creating a healthy psychological and moral climate in the team and contributes to the adaptation of its new members to new professional and social conditions of professional activity for them. Higher education institutions are a complex organization in modern conditions, which is characterized by a specific educational space with a powerful potential for the development of corporate culture within its boundaries. The corporate culture of a higher educational institution is particularly specific, since the composition of its carriers is extremely dynamic, since its significant part consists of students, which causes its permanent renewal. Thus, the obligation of universities to develop corporate culture among their students is enshrined in modern curricula of higher education.
