PEDAGOGICAL PREDICTORS OF INCREASED MOTOR ACTIVITY IN THE FIELD OF LIFESTYLE OF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The relevance of the problem is determined by insufficient physical activity in the lifestyle of modern students, which negatively affects health and performance. The purpose of the article is to identify pedagogical predictors and conditions for increasing physical activity in the lifestyle of modern medical university students. The state of physical activity of students in educational and leisure activities is considered. Pedagogical predictors of increased physical activity of medical university students, characterized by specific features, were theoretically substantiated and identified. Multi directional conditions for their implementation are presented.
