NEW METHODS AND TECHNOLOGIES OF TEACHING PHYSICAL CULTURE TO STUDENTS OF NON-CORE UNIVERSITIES

Digital reality and computerization of the educational process leave their mark on teaching activities in the discipline and elective courses "Physical Culture and sports". In addition, there is a change in the type of thinking of modern youth, mainly defined as "clip", which determines a change in the paradigm of organization and implementation of both the teaching of the subject itself and the creation of motivational potential for physical activity. The above makes it advisable to use new methods and technologies in sports training in higher education. Due to the fact that digital technologies are actively integrated into the sports industry, methods and techniques of physical education training are also gradually beginning to introduce these innovations into their range, which quickly become the norm of life and are considered an integral part of sports pedagogy, including the educational activities of teachers in non-core universities. Accordingly, gadgets and smart devices, which, at first glance, increasingly entail physical inactivity and abandonment of sports, can become good tools for activating youth sports activities and an incentive to include regular workouts in their daily lives.
