THE MODEL OF FORMATION OF COOPERATION COMPETENCE THE YOUNGER SCHOOLCHILDREN IN THE ORGANIZATION OF EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

In the article, the author defines the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the cooperation competence the younger schoolchildren in extracurricular activities. On the basis of a competence-based, activity-based and personality-oriented approach, the article examines the essence and educational potential of the cooperation competence in the organization of the educational process of younger schoolchildren. The author analyzes the influence of the specifics of extracurricular activities, taking into account the age of a younger student, on the development of cooperation skills, determines the importance of these skills in the context of the socialization of students and the formation of communicative skills, interpersonal communication, etc. The article presents the author's model of the formation of cooperation competence with a description of four structural components: motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive. Based on the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for meta-subject and personal results, the author suggests forms, methods and means of implementing the author's model in accordance with each structural component, as well as taking into account the age characteristics of the younger student.
