SPECIFICS OF IMPROVEMENT OF TEACHING INTERPRETATION TECHNIQUES BASED ON AUDIO-VISUAL MEANS AT A NON-LANGUAGE UNIVERSITY

The article describes the specifics of improving the methods of teaching interpretation on the basis of audio-visual means in a non-language university. The features of audio-visual media, classification of this phenomenon are considered, the techniques, examples and principles of working with the investigated phenomenon are analyzed. The relevance of the topic is related to the search for new reserves of improvement of teaching techniques of this kind of translation with the use of audio-visual means. Audio material was selected by sampling from the Internet sources based on the principle of frequency and system value. The authors pay special attention to the specifics and analysis of work with lexical-grammatical material, displayed in audio formats, as well as difficulties in performing a number of tasks at practical classes. It is noted that the speech compression strategy is one of the key strategies in interpretation.
