World liberal revolution: a fourth way that changed the world

Article is devoted to the history of human civilization in the last two centuries, considered as a process of liberalization of the world. The most important changes in this direction occurred between the mid-nineteenth and the mid-twentieth century – this period was called the World liberal revolution. The article reveals this notion and its basic characteristics.
