Professionalisation's concept: social and personal determination

The article reflects intermediate results of the research devoted to studying of psychology and pedagogical and social and cultural regularities of formation and realization of a subject position of the professional at various stages of socialization. Professionalisation is considered as complete continuous process of becoming of the personality within which the specific complex of contradictions inherent in socialization of the personality is allowed. The leader from these contradictions is compliance degree between the personality and a profession. With a support on a methodological basis the understanding of social nature of professionalizing locates. Formation of professional subjectivity is considered in connection with formation of professional consciousness, development of internal personal structures of the individual.
