Research of professional personality orientation at the stage of professional self-determination

Determinants of professional self-determination from the point of view of a professional orientation of the personality are analyzed. The interrelation of components of an orientation of the person in a context of its demands and interests is defined. Features of a scale of values and motives as meaningful components of professional self-determination are investigated. Intermediate results of studies of the professional orientation at the stage of professional self-determination are presented.
