Development in Russia in second half XIX-XX centuries public agricultural industry organizations

The reference article deals with generation and development of agricultural non-commercial public organizations on the base of industry sector in Russia in the second part of XIXbeginning of XX century. It displays legislative and normative base of specialized non-commercial public organizations. Classifies them. Analyzes quantity and quality composition of these organizations on the base of agricultural industry sector. It indicates the list of problems and issued the below mentioned organizations were dealing with, their material and information status and provisions, state and public funding. Some Ministry statistics of public industry sector organizations in the beginning of XX century is introduced
