The use of phraseological units in the text of the treaty documents in Russian and Portuguese

This article examines approaches to the use of phraseological units in the text of the treaty documents in Russian and Portuguese. Based on the consideration of specific phraseological units used to treaty practice in contracts for the Russian and Portuguese languages, the author systematized common traits the use of terms, set phrases and specific expressions. It is concluded that widespread use in business turnover of terms and vocabulary nomenclature, acronyms and abbreviations, words and phrases of foreign origin, which are acquired for both languages.
