National identity of students from China as a factor of success of learning to play the piano

The article reveals the theoretical and practical aspects of learning to play the piano Chinese students in universities of the Russian Federation; discusses the features of national identity and personality, due to the Chinese mentality; analyzed the main directions of educational activities, as well as specific challenges facing the local teachers-pianists in the practice of teaching students from China to play the piano; emphasizes the need for complete artistic and technical, improvement of foreign students in the traditions of Russian musical pedagogy.
