The status of preschool educational institutions as a participant of legal relations for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors

The article is devoted to the status of preschool educational institution as a participant of legal relations for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of minors. Revealed the foundations of legal regulation of preschool education in the Russian Federation. Designated aspects of the development of pre-school education in the period up to 2020. Analyzed the following documents: "the Constitution of the Russian Federation", Decree of the RF Government from 17.11.2008 N 1662-R (as amended on 08.08.2009) About the concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020, Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 07.05.2012 No. 599 "About measures on realization of state policy in education and science", Civil, tax and labor codes of the Russian Federation.
