Methodology of personality formation and development in a youth public association

The article justifies the urgency of addressing the problem of personality formation and development in a youth public association. It provides methodological approaches that define the possibilities of the conceptual organization of the activities of the youth public association. The conclusions are drawn about the importance of building a multilevel methodology when considering youth public association as a complex structure.
