Information on the anthropology of the autochthonous Caucasus

Ethno genesis is a very complex, multifaceted phenomenon. The use of anthropological classification in ethnology is due to the fact that language and culture can spread even without anthropological types, but the relocation of bearers of certain racial characteristics necessarily brings about changes in culture and language. Anthropological research reveals the most ancient layer in the composition of a particular people; add physical type; the history of ethoses is recorded in their morphological features, so anthropological data become a historical source.
