Digital tactics of attracting young graduates to the development of vocational education institutions (analysis of foreign experience - on the example of the United States)

The aim of the study was to determine the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development of educational institutions. From the standpoint of digital education and digitalization of the educational environment, such categories as "education management", "social media in education management", "attracting graduates", "personalization of digital interaction", "retargeting in education"are considered. Methodology: the article presents a comparative analysis of foreign teaching and management practices of the organization of higher education institutions through the use of digital technologies and the involvement of young graduates.
