Social factors of optimization of engineering and economic personnel training: competence approach

Currently, the professional system of training of engineering and economic personnel of Russia is in the process of modernization and reform. Optimization processes should be considered from the standpoint of interaction between higher education institutions and industry, which in the future will allow to achieve leading positions in the world markets, to form a high competitiveness potential of engineering and economic personnel, to ensure long-term needs of innovative development of the national economy in highly qualified specialists.
