Relates the key words culture and core components of a phraseological unit

this article reveals the change of scientific priorities in linguistics: to replace the structural and systemic paradigm, which studies the typology of linguistic units and the relationship between them, came the anthropocentric paradigm, the supporters of which will confine to comprehend the role of man as a native speaker in the process of communication. Scientists understand more clearly that language knowledge alone is not enough to fully understand the interlocutor and communicate with him, because a native speaker is a native of a particular culture.
