Prospects of education in the light of world universaliya

The general aspects of policy in the field of education are considered. The attention to initial semantic value of the concept "education" and to transformation of its sense depending on activity of the main social macro-regulators is paid. The reasons of deformation of system of the relations in triad structure of social regulators – "economy, policy, morality" – and their displays in the education system which reduces from the system of world universal laws broadcast, integrated images of the universe and training of creators of universal character, to the system of broadcast of private representations and narrowly targeted vocational training of the personality in the context of "competent users" training task are discussed. The major changes in structure of a vital context of the personality caused by essential changes of a condition of the native habitat, in general and, in particular, exponential development of information and communication technologies, the systems of artificial intelligence and virtual reality are shown. First of all, are carried to such changes: changes of a power and information condition of space, in general, and vital world of the person, in particular; replacement in consciousness the integrated images of reality by the reduced digital models of a vital context; reduction of social processes time (compression of social time). In the conclusion it is emphasized that the main problem of a modern civilization consists in catastrophic lag of development of individual consciousness and consciousness of masses from impetuous development of technologies of creation of "comfort" which replacing natural opportunities of the person, actually accelerate his regress as according to the second beginning of thermodynamics what isn't used, falls under influence of entropy, and as a result – perishes. This problem can be solved only by means of integral education of masses and self-education of each personality seeking to continue the development in the course of life.
