To preschool computer education, its psychology and pedagogical and scientific and methodical problems a few works are devoted. Recently, with development of digital economy, this problem became relevant again. Computer competences have to increase the culture of information activity at the increased knowledge of children. The problem of development of algorithmic thinking of children demands system approach. In work this problem and tasks making it are considered from a position of the system, evolutionary analysis.
