IT and computers in training – determinantsof evolutionary process of information literacy of children

To preschool computer education, its psychology and pedagogical and scientific and methodical problems a few works are devoted. Recently, with development of digital economy, this problem became relevant again. Computer competences have to increase the culture of information activity at the increased knowledge of children. The problem of development of algorithmic thinking of children demands system approach. In work this problem and tasks making it are considered from a position of the system, evolutionary analysis. Computer literacy – as means of evolution of the relations, resources, the action plans, training process. As the Wednesday which is making active motivation to apply knowledge, abilities. Works at this stage is often unsystematic, not always psychology and pedagogical thought over. In this work solutions of this system problem are specified. Information culture – not only computer literacy. It and system, intellectual culture.
