Main stages of development of economic justice in Europe

In the article the author considers the prerequisites for the emergence and main stages of the development of economic justice in Western Europe. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of trade relations, the analysis of sources, the reasons for the class nature of commercial vessels and their transformation into special courts. The author draws conclusions about the importance of a special commercial judicial system for ensuring the successful development of entrepreneurial relations.
