Word formation potential of DME-errative in modern English

The article considers the distinguishing features of the DME-errative in respect to word formation. The main signs of the errative and its connection with the language game have been determined. On basis of analysis of one and a half thousand DME, the most productive ways of word formation of DME-errative have been identified. 12 models of productive affix word formation on the material of such Internet resources as Urban Dictionary and The Racial Slur Database have been defined, which confirms the derivational potential of the DME-errative.
