Increasing the motivation of students to study informatics at the basic school on the basis of changes in the studied programming language

This article deals with the issues of increasing the motivation of students in the study of the discipline "Informatics". Some reasons of decrease of motivation, their connection with the study of programming are analyzed. Also, one of the effective ways to improve it by changing the language to a more modern programming language is proposed. The results of testing of the proposed changes are presented.
