A modern take on the model of didactic space of the teachers in the system of continuous professional development

The article deals with the problem of the need to revise didactic approaches to the content of continuous professional development of teachers. The authors concretize the requirements for the professional level of the teacher from the standpoint of the ideas of the anthropo-oriented approach. Considering the activity of the teacher in the logic of the modern trend "futurization", the authors focus on the" spatial " understanding of the system of the teacher's work, highlighting the didactic space as a special kind of space that determines the specifics of the content and organization of the educational process. The authors propose the structure of the didactic space of the teacher, which includes: didactic concept, didactic system of the teacher; the components of the didactic system. Updates of these components from the point of view of trends of time and world trends are proposed, the logic of interaction between teaching and learning as the basis of the collective subject in development is determined, the possibilities of using the latest didactic tools are identified, an integrated approach to reflection and evaluation is presented. The authors predict the future changes in the professional development of teachers, focused on updating the approaches and methods of organization of the educational process in the conditions of sustainable development and advanced education.
