Portrait characteristics of characters in the story С. Surun-ool «Oath of the mother»

The article is devoted to the study of the literary portrait of the main characters in the novel of the national writer Tuva S. Suryun-ool "the Oath of the mother". In this work the literary portrait as one of means of the artistic characteristic of the character is considered. The portrait characterization is an integral part of the ideological and artistic intention of the author of the work. Its correct perception allows you to correctly understand the work as a whole. portrait features, and servants to the disclosure of the nature of the characters. In the of story C. Surun-ool artistic portrait uses different behavioral techniques for quick estimation, facial expressions, gestures, and speech of the character, his pose, the first-person narration, monologue-reflection, a non-native-direct speech, etc. – all due to internal, external changes. The technique of creating a negative, unpleasant image of a woman is the first in Tuvan prose, and it is a kind of artistic discovery of Suryun-ool in Tuvan literature.
