The Altai region beekeeping’s vocabulary from the point of view of etymological connections (the proto-Slavic lexical fund)

The appearance of beekeeping formed a new layer of professional vocabulary in our region. This fragment demonstrates the connection of material culture and regional language especially bright. Beekeepers’ lexis is mentioned in modern researches but it is not collected purposefully in other regions. The Altai region beekeeping’s vocabulary is collected according to the specially worked out programme. The article presents the analysis of the Altai professional beekeepers’ lexis in the cooperative aspect of language and culture. It also researches the lexical units of beekeeping from the point of view of etymological connections.
