Problems of the Russian language in the school system on the Kola Peninsula in the 1920-30s

Преподавание языка, русский язык, Кольский Север Abstract: The article presents the analysis of archival documents of the 1920-1930s and describes the situation of the system of education and teaching Russian on the Kola Peninsula during the Soviet period. The article describes the situation with the teaching of the Russian language, reveals the problems faced by teachers of the Russian language in connection with the introduction of a new system of school education and new spelling rules; provides ways to solve the problems of teaching children for whom Russian is not a native language.
