About the system of continuous increase of qualification of workers of secondary professional education of Chelyabinsk region

The article discusses the flexible system of continuous professional development of workers of secondary professional education in the Chelyabinsk region as a response to external and internal challenges. In addition to the actualized course (formal) preparation, the experience of raising the level of professional skill in the intercourse period (informal and informational education) is described in the article. It includes the activity of regional methodical associations, attracting to participate in competitions of professional skills, expert and research activities.
