World cultural heritage studies as a fruitful topic for language and active semantisation skills development, virtual international communication practice, intercultural competency development

The relevance of intercultural education under international relations conditions, virtual intercultural dialogue, implementing data of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and initiated by G7 on culture international photo contest «Heritage for planet Earth» is emphasized in the given case considering multicultural education significance. It is shown here how important the role of the sphere of culture in international relations is in particular for the intercultural competence development. Multiple international and Russian research works are grouped in the following way: in the aspect of post-modern theory, for the purposes of teaching and learning in professional education, works on multicultural and tolerance issues and others. Multicultural competence development with future linguists, translators-interpreters and learners in non-linguistic higher schools via virtual mobilization of the academic processes under conditions of international context communication enhance professional development and competitiveness, English language, semantisation skills, national self-identification (in the given case «faces of Russia»). The analysis of the semantisation is a food for thought and further research work on the structure of the meaning of the word «heritage». Description of the examples of two international projects on the topic of preservation and study of the world cultural heritage – the «Moscow – St. Petersburg TV bridge» on the basis of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, reveals the effectiveness of the practice of virtual intercultural communication for teaching the profession and language and is interesting for the international relations specialists in the sphere of culture, linguists, pedagogues and wider circles of readership and from the point of view of joining the project in upcoming academic year.
