The article considers the procedure for evaluating and selecting the most effective educational, methodological, visual, information and other educational materials developed on the basis of the paired comparisons method. An algorithm for calculating the scale estimates of the compared materials is given, which allows them to be ranked according to the degree of efficiency. An information system has been developed to automate the process of comparing and evaluating materials.
