Effect of exercise on the coordination in the study of fighting techniques of struggle investigators female

The article presents the results of a study whose goal was to define the impact of special exercises, developed and focused on more productive development of specific coordination abilities of women entering the faculty of professional training job category investigators for effective learning of fighting techniques of struggle in the process of training sessions on physical preparation within the programs of the vocational training of employees of internal Affairs bodies of the given job categories. The basis of the proposed implementation of exercises for the development of coordination movements formed a strong theoretical arguments and practical justification for the effectiveness of the use of weights in the physical training of women investigators undergoing training. The results of the application of unsaturated weights introduced into the content of training sessions, which are carried out directly in the motor structure of the equipment of shock and protective movements, presented in the study, clearly indicate the significant effectiveness of their use in the educational process by teachers of vocational training in order to develop special coordination in the study of the section of physical training "Combat techniques of struggle" on "Strikes and protective actions" by women investigators, improving their technical readiness.
