The Moscow division of the all-union society “Knowledge” at the first formative stage (1950–1952)

This article deals with the history of "all-Union society for popularization of political and scientific knowledge". On the basis of archives the author analyzes the everyday work of its Moscow division during the first years from foundation (1950-1952). Examines its structure, numerical and qualitative composition and desk studies of the Division.
