The effectiveness of using cartoons in Russian as a foreign language lessons

This article discusses the specifics of using cartoons in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language. Issues of the effectiveness of the use of animation in Russian lessons are studied, which allows not only to consolidate speech skills, but also will contribute to the formation of sociocultural competence. The article also presents the most effective types of cartoons, among them: cartoons made for teaching Russian as a foreign language; cartoons with a didactic goal, developing animation for Russian-speaking children, etc. On the basis of the analysis conducted by the author, it is argued that the use of cartoons in Russian as a foreign language lessons allows you to effectively solve a number of educational and methodological tasks.
