The pedagogical formation model of students learning competencies in secondary school in current conditions of education

The article shows the pedagogical formation model of students learning competencies, its structure and features. The educational schemes, the pedagogical terms, criteria and levels of learning competencies are revealed in the article. The evaluation of the level of students’ competencies is also shown. This model can be used at the lessons and in extracurricular activities.
