Linguoculturological analysis of the similarity of national-cultural semantics in Russian and Chinese Proverbs in the framework of the linguistic picture of the world

National-cultural semantics reflects the unique understanding of people using this language to the objective world and records the long-term ingrained way of life, traditional habits and ways of thinking in the historical process of development of the nation. National-cultural semantics is not only present at the levels of vocabulary, but also widely used in Proverbs. National-cultural semantics reflected in Proverbs is an important part of the linguistic picture of the world. Due to the same physiological structure and functions of the human brain, in addition, the Russian and Chinese Nations are faced with the same objective world, the law of which has the character of universality, so the national-cultural semantics that exists in Proverbs and is able to reflect the universal law in nature and society, to some extent, has a similarity.
