Foreign language for special purposes in masters training of students of a technical university

The article actualizes the problem of goal-setting in the development of a foreign language in the framework of the master's training of students of a technical college. The author examines this problem by identifying contradictions in the context of the main aspects of the relationship of the master's students at a technical college and mastering a foreign language for special purposes. The main contradictions are revealed and their substantial characteristic is given. The article also substantiates the need to achieve the meaningfulness of the specific goals of learning a foreign language at the stage of the magistracy as the goals of the language of mastering the profession in the emerging single language field. The author determines the significance of the special role of a foreign language for special purposes in master's training of students of technical specialties from the standpoint of the need for restructuring the production of contextual professional knowledge in the language of the linguistic reality within the framework of innovativeness of educational practice.
